Get ready for a spine-chilling experience with Voice of Shadows, a horror film that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Directed by Nicholas Bain in his feature debut, this eerie tale is set to hit UK digital platforms on 2 December 2024, courtesy of Miracle Media.
The story follows Emma (Corrine Mica, Always, Lola), who unexpectedly inherits her Aunt Milda's (Jane Hammill, A Serious Man) large estate after her aunt's death. But there's a catch. To claim the house and a sizable fortune, Emma must agree to a set of strange conditions. She must always answer the phone when it rings, no matter who's calling, and her Catholic boyfriend Gabriel (Guillermo Blanco, The Queen of Flow) must never enter the house. Their lawyer Ernesto (Martin Harris, Stranger Things) seems willing to overlook the second rule, as long as the others are followed.
Emma and Gabriel move into the house with Gabriel's sister, Celeste (María José Vargas Agudelo, Blood Ties). But strange things start happening almost immediately. The phone rings more frequently, and Emma and Celeste begin to act in odd ways. Gabriel soon finds himself spiraling into a nightmare that tests his faith and his sanity, as he struggles to understand the growing supernatural presence around them.
With its eerie atmosphere and escalating tension, Voice of Shadows promises to be a gripping horror experience. Bain's direction builds a sense of unease that lingers long after the credits roll, while the cast brings depth and realism to their roles, making the supernatural events feel all the more terrifying.
Fans of psychological horror and supernatural thrillers won't want to miss Voice of Shadows when it arrives on UK digital platforms on 2 December 2024. It's a haunting reminder that sometimes the scariest things are the ones we can't escape.
